Research Interests:

Dr. Meade worked at University of MD in Agronomy Department with responsibilities in teaching, extension and research in weed science in field crops and turf.

He then moved to Rutgers in 1966 and continued there for 25 years in Weed Science Extension with responsibilities in all crop areas including nursery, turf, homeowners, aquatics, field crops, and non-crop areas.

Since retiring in 1991, he has retained his interest in weed science and has maintained a presence at Cook College and in Weed Science circles. Major interest now is in the area of plant identification.
