Research Interests:

The biochemistry and physiology of grass-endophyte symbiosis. We are determining the physiological basis for improved insect, disease and envionmental stress tolerance of endophyte-infected turfgrasses. Our goal is to identify and produce new grass-endophyte combinations with superior stress tolerance, but low toxicity to grazing animals.
